Old Account Log In

Hi all, I'm really hoping you can help me with logging in to an old account. 
We have used H5P for all interactivity on our fairly large online learning platform. 
We haven't logged in to our account for a while - a few years. When I try and log in using our old log in details - it doesn't work. When I try and reset password, I don't receive any email to reset password. 

The last password recovery we did  was July 2022. 

Any ideas of what to do to access an old account?

Hi Georgie,

I checked the password reset function of H5P.org and I received the email. Can you make sure that you check other folders such as spam.

Additionally, please do not repost the same question multiple times.

I did not intentionally post the question multiple times - each time I edited it - it posted a new version and I cannpt find a delete button.

I have heard from H5P and the said that as I haven't accessed my account in a while everything will have been deleted.
