H5P plugin is not finishing upload of activities

HEllo, I´m new using H5P in Moodle, I am using the plugin but when I try to create activities the activities never end to upload. I tried to upload H5P examples file from H5P.org, this part  gives the success message but then it starts to "upload" and never ends. I have been trying to use the Bank content in Moodle to create activities, this feature doesn´t have all the options for activities, if I try to upload the .h5p files the process triggers an error that says that the version needed is 1.27 and I have 1.26, I cannot update it because there is no option to do it in plugin list.  Then I installed H5P plugin which is a different way to use H5P contents and it´s version is 1.27 but when I try to add an activity it never ends to upload it.
