Add Case Sensitivity option for Dictation

Would it be possible to add the option "Case sensitive" for the Dictation content with instant feedback? It is currently not available.

I understand your perspective, however, if dictation exercises are strictly about "getting everything right 100%", then why is there an option for "ignore punctuation marks"?

In my case, capitalization is not the main concern when my students are focusing on understanding audio in a foreign language. The priority is ensuring they enjoy the activity, capture the words they hear, and build their listening comprehension skills. Manually capitalizing words while typing, in my specific case, adds unnecessary effort and time, which can distract from the primary goal of the exercise (comprehension and words identification). This is not an exam but a listening comprehension designed to facilitate engagement and learning.

If adding a "Case sensitive" option is too complex, I will just note this in the description of the exercise instead, no problem.

This is not a question of complexity of implementing this, but of trying to not add more and more features for edge cases - and a question of spending free time.
