i'm trying use this type of content, but i cant find a example of use or the basics to configure one. i created some of them, but cant see nothing in the preview.

this content have some type of bug or its deprecated?

That's not any content type created by H5P Group or any of the usual suspects. You may want to ask the author: [email protected]

I need to setup the CLI and or an instance where I can load this to preview.

It is like your new one, I cant load it to h5p.com hub as the libraries are not in place for it. 

It there a better method then the H5P CLI to review these?

I had a bit of a converstion with grok on build something local, and more user friendly and it seems to think its doable..

In this case H5P.com hub is giving me the

I am thinking I could repack it to add this in maybe.. but goes back to having a development instance setup to view these. :-)

You cannot install any libraries to H5P.com yourself, no. Only H5P Group has the right to install things there. Has nothing to do with repacking.
You can, for instance, use Lumi to run H5P content on your desktop.
