Images as answers

Hello,

Would it be possible to have images and/or audio as answers in question sets.

It would allow for questions like: Which of these are from The Nutcracker? The answers could be either photos of characters in costume or short audio clips from different productions.

Primarily I'm hoping for images as answers, but if audio can be added to  roadmap for accessibility that would be wonderful too.

I was looking for a way to do this too, but it is not possible with current content types.
