Personality test: Use of links in personality discription

Hi!

I love using personality test for education. Is it possible to add a link in a personality discribtion? I'm using H5P with the wordpress plugin. Maybe by using html? Of something else? It would really mean a lot for the outcomes if you can link to a website with more information about the subject.
