Custom popups for Memory Test match result

I need a special feature for the memory test game. I need that the when you match 2 images a custom html popup apears.Custom html needs to be different on each case (they are going to be food recipes)We are working on a wordpress site with divi builder.The best option would be that the result executes a popup already created using divi (we have popups for divi installed). The link to execute the popup works as an anchor link. Do you think that it is possible? (open the popup inside the page instead of default the modal?) This way I can create the success content for each pair of photos inside the same page that will feature the game. My coding knowledge is a bit restricted and need some advice on this. Actually, if someone knows how to perform this modification, just let me how much would this cost and how much will it take? Thanks
