My interactive video keeps faltering while playing

My interactive video keeps faltering/stagnating while playing. What is the reason? 

From the beginning:
The original video was created in PemierePro (85MB, saved in format: mp4, H.264 and High Quality 720p HD). After saving, the video runs without problems. 
I have upload this video to H5P.com, added interactions and saved it. I have sent the link of the finished interactive video to my colleague and she can't watch the video "smoothly". What is the reason? Several internet browsers have been tested.

Hi Alisa,

It's best to contact the H5P.com team directly. You can check this page for instructions. I would also suggest that you include the URL of your content (preferably published publicly) when sending your e-mail.

If you're doing a trial reach out to the person at H5P who set up the trial account for you or to [email protected].

 

General inquires coming through this contact form will not be answered. The chance of getting an answer through this contact form is low for any inquiry except geniuine security related requests. The forum is the best place to post any request that can be posted publicly.

Because of that, I thought it might be best to try the forum first :)

Hi Alisa,

Since you have an H5P.com account it is better to send the e-mail. The issue you are having could be a server side concern and the H5P.com team will have the necessary access to check it.
