dialog cards textformat

Hello,

in the dialogcards, I cannot change the format of the text on the cards. If i mark the text - The dropdownmenue is flickering.?

Who can help?

In firefox, chrome; in h5p.org, Moodle-app, in lumi ... (win10 app)
