"Question set" in Interactive book

Hi people,

1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug: once "question set" content is picked, the display of Edit mode becomes partially showing:

The edit mode will only be displayed normally after the bar is minimised:

1. Platform and version number: I wouldn't know, sorry, it just says "h5p.com", it's university supported (Univeristy of Queensland).
2. Desktop
3. Browser: Chrome
4. H5P plugin version: sorry don't know what this means.
5. H5P content type and version: "question set", in "interactive book", sample: https://uq.h5p.com/content/1291242118161017459 
6. Any browser console errors: sorry don't understand this.
7. Any PHP errors: sorry don't understand this.
8. Screenshots if it's a visual problem: please see above
9. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.): I wouldn't know
10. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.): no
