Issues viewing embedded content

Hi, 

I am having trouble viewing content created in H5P that is embedded into a Moodle page using the H5P plugin (apologies, I don't know which plugin version of H5P we are using). 

For interactive videos (version 1.22.4), I only get the full-screen option and the playbar after answering the first question that is set, and before that I get a blue bar appear above the content (which again disappears after answering the first question). 

I also cannot view embedded accordion content (version 1.0.24)

I have attached some screenshots. 

I am having this issue on both desktop, laptop and mobile, with Chrome and Edge, but colleagues aren't having any problems viewing them.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can view this content? I am running up to date browsers.

Hi BV, 

Thank you for your reply. I have some error messages in the console on pages where I have embedded content, I have attached screenshots if this helps. Not all pages with embedded content not showing properly are showing an error code, but this one for accordion and interactive video are.

Hi Alice!

These messages are not sent by H5P. Are you sure that it's not a different plugin that's causing trouble?
