Add end screen to multiple choice

Hi,
We have a really simple, one-question (multiple choice) quizzes. After someone chooses an answer we show the see answer button. They click and see the answer. At that point, we'd like to do 1 of 2 things. 1. show another button that says learn more or countdown the screen to switch to another frame in the iframe to show other content. Any ideas on how to do either - add another screen at the end?
