Store H5P hub content files in a different directory

Hi

We have a very very large WordPress multisite and are looking into the possibility of storing all the H5P Hub content files and their dependencies in one directory ready for use if a blog wants to use any of the H5P Hub content types, so no download would be required for each blog. We only enable H5P Hub and are not looking to allow users to upload any other content types.

We can also manage updating the versions of each of the content types within our deployment process.

Is this possible and if so could you provide some guidelines on how this could be customised e.g. are there any hooks/methods that can be used to enable this please?
