Interactive Video wont scroll through playback

I have made 3 interactive videos. The first video worked fine, although the second two wont allow me to scroll through the playback bar while editing or when I create the video. It goes back to the start of the video. Its like the scrolling feature to prevent scrolling has been ticked but its definetly not ticked. Has anyone else had this issue before? Its quite hard to edit when I cant scroll.

Hi Kerry,

Thank you for the info but I am unable to reproduce the issue. Maybe if you can provide as sample content, I can check if it will happen on my end.

Hi Kerry!

Your video is hosted on an awefully slow server that in my case required over a minute to serve the video. That's why you get that jump in the editor. The position you're trying to jump to is not loaded yet by the browser and H5P cannot access that part. You can see the same behavior if you simply open https://h5p.csu.edu.au/ehr329/files/h5p/content/27/videos/files-62181a39591a5.mp4 in a browser directly.

Best,
Oliver

Thank you Oliver! I will follow up with the IT department to see what is slowing the server down.

Kind Regards,

Kerry
