Drop zone selections keep changing for Text

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)

• I am creating a new Drag and Drop. I've created my drop zones and am now adding my drop text and selecting relevant drop zones. 
• After I save, I go back into the Text and it has selected additional or different drop zones. If I deselect and save and go back in again, the addition ones are still selected.

Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.

• Moodle. I don't know how to find out the version number 

Mobile or Desktop

• Desktop, Mac

Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc

• Firefox 99.0

H5P plugin version

• I don't know how to find this out

H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.

• Drag and Drop

Any browser console errors

• No

Any PHP errors

• No

Screenshots if it's a visual problem

• See attached. I originally selected "All" and "Customer relationships" as the drop zones for this Text. But when I go back in, it has changed these seelctions to "Resources" and "Value prop"

Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)

• This is the first time I've used it.
