Message "Content has changed"

I use H5P in Germany (with the German translation). Now, as soon as the content of an H5P module has been changed, the users get a message in English, something along the lines of "The content has been changed since the last time you used it". Is there any way I can set this so that this information does not come up at all? And if not, can I set this information to German somewhere?

I'm afriad both are not possible, you cannot disable this prompt and currently it is not possible to translate it.
