Missing H5P Library

I can't upload my h5p files to my moodle lms. It says:

Missing required library H5P.MultiplayerClient 1.0

Missing required library H5P.Chase 1.0

H5P file:

Hi,

The Multiplayer content types are only available if they are hosted in H5P.com, you can then either insert them using LTI or the embed. There are some conversations regarding developing an API for it to work with the plugins.
