H5P videos not showing in lessons Learnpress

Bugs in content types

Hi,

I have an issue I can't manage to solve.

I am working in WP 6.0.2 with eduma version 5.0.8
H5P newest version

The problem is all the H5P content doesn't appear online in the courseafter i have uploaded it by using the H5P button and saved the content shortcode in the different units. Look at screenshot.

Can somebody help?

Hi Eske,

You did a good job in explaining what is happening and the screenshot helps. However you left out a lot of information that is requested in this forum which can help the community in diagnosing this issue. So if you don't mind please provide what is missing:

  1. Mobile or Desktop
  2. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  3. H5P plugin version
  4. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  5. Any browser console errors
  6. Any PHP errors

if it worked before:

  1. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  2. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Hi!

Your theme might not be calling

do_action( 'wp_footer' );

It's usually called when WordPress displays a footer.

 

H5P interprets that action as a signal that WordPress is done building the post/page and H5P can start its work: to actually fill the H5P iframe with life.

 

Could as well be some other issue given that you did not a link to check. As BV mentioned, the more interesting info might be missing.
