Hi

I'm having a "Video format not supported" error message. What codecs are supported ?

Hi Sébastien,

Both .mp4 and webm are supported.

Hi. Actually .mp4 is not a codec but a file format.

Some .mp4 videos are accepted whereas some others are not. I'm wondering whether it's a codec problem (mp4 files with different codecs).

That may be the case, which codecs have you had trouble with?
