problem retrieving content

Hi Everyone,

I have a couple of H5P activities uploaded to a WordPress site.  I'd like to move them to another platform but I can't find my files anywhere.  When I log in to the h5p.org site, they are no longer there.

I have located the H5P upload files in the W-P Content files but I don't know if it is even possible to copy or export them.  If I look at an activity through the H5P plugin, I can see the activity and edit it but there is no download button.

Does anyone have any suggestions or am I going to have to recreate everything from scratch?

Hi Nancy,

I am not 100% sure if moving the contents from one folder or the other will work. What I know is that you just need to enable the download button in your WP site so that you can download the contents. When editing the content you should see an option "allow users to download..." enabling this should show the download button at the bottom of the content. If the option is not showing you need to go to Settings -> H5P then change the setting "Controlled by Author...".
