Save state is not working for some components. How to make it work.

Hi samchinnu,

Not all content types support the save content state feature. Below are the list of contents that supports it:

  • Sort the Paragraphs
  • Essay
  • Interactive Book
  • Documentation Tool
  • Dictation
  • Crossword
  • True/False Question
  • Summary
  • Single Choice Set
  • Question Set
  • Image choice
  • Multiple Choice
  • Mark the Words
  • Interactive Video
  • Drag the Words
  • Drag and Drop
  • Dialog Cards
  • Course Presentation
  • Column
  • Fill in the Blanks
  • Audio
  • Structure Strip
  • Cornell Notes

If the content type you are using is not in the list the feature needs to first be added to that content type for the save content state to work. On the other hand if the content type you are using is on the list I suggest that you provide more information. This page provides a guide on some of the information need to help diagnose the issue.
