H5P content doesn't show on browser

Hi,

We use WordPress and CleverCourse LMS platform to publish our e-learning courses.
One of our client mentioned a problem that she can not see the H5P embedded conent on our platform. You can see the browsers and versions that she use and the problem on the screenshot. Can you send me what could be the solution, please?
On my computer the H5P content works correctly.

Hi!

Hmm, would you be able to tell why a car would not drive if you were given a photo of that car? Please provide a proper bug report (see top of https://h5p.org/forum/9), in particular any output that might be visible on the browser's development console.
