Interactive book - summary page of progress

Hi, 

I am new here so please excuse me for not knowing what is may be a basic knowledge. Also excuse me please if I am opening existing topic.

I'd like to create and interactive book or column module for moodle (for teaching) - and I really like this "Summary & submit" page at the end of this "example" interactive book - https://h5p.org/content-types/interactive-book#h5pbookid=441940&chapter=h5p-interactive-book-chapter-summary&section=top . I want to use it to show the progress for the student and to track the results of them - please how can I create a page/module like this at the and of my interactive book or column?
