I don't know whether H5P provides the option to save translation so that I don't have to re-enter themeach time I create new content.

I am not talking about the user interface, but the options to translate "chech", "turn dialog card", "try again" etc.

My language is Indonesian. I am happy to share my translations.

Hi Aditya, currently the best way to contribute translations is to edit the source files on github.com. Have a look at the documentation here:
