How to eliminate filled-in dot below question set?

Hello,

I've created a Question Set template for my colleagues to use as a basis for H5P development. It has the settings that we want to use on a consistent basis.

One problem is, in the dots below each question, one remains filled in. It does not reset to being empty. The question type is Mark the Word. Is there any way I can get the dot to revert to empty?

Can you share the content please? It will be a lot quicker than trying to recreate the issue.

This is a known issue (HFP-3805), but fixing it has not yet been selected for development.
