Hello !
This is not a bug at all, just a tiny typo with the apostrophe in Dictation and in Branching Scenario.
In Dictation, the apostrophe translates as an unescaped character (') in the tooltip on mouse hover :
In Branching Scenario, here is a screenshot :
Not a big deal at all, but I thought I should mention it ;)

The apostrophe problem has been mentioned many many times on the H5P forums! An easy fix is to edit your Dictation activity: "Options et textes / Dictation / Nombre d'essais restants : @number" by replacing the straight apostrophe with a smart/curly apostrophe like this:

That's likely the outdated
That's likely the outdated version that H5P Group ships (1.3.3). The latest version of Dictation (1.3.6) does not have this issue, because the tooltip was removed altogether for the time being. It was based on the HTML `title` attribute which unfortunately causes trouble with some screen readers. H5P Group has custom code for tooltips, but it still has bugs. Once a fixed version is shipped in H5P core, I will re-implement tooltips in Dictation.
