Unabletocopy and images are gone

We are running WordPress multisite version 6.3.1, PHP 7.4, and H5P version 1.16. One of our sites is experiencing an issue with loading existing H5P content and images. We are receiving an “Unabletocopy” error message, and the H5P content is not displaying on the page. We have tried using Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, but none of them worked.

We also attempted to add a new content type but encountered the same error message. No changes have been made to the environment or browsers.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?
