Multiple videos sequencing w/buttons possible?

Newbie... wondering if what I need to do is possible, haven't been able to find a definitive answer here or in documentation.

Here's what I need to be able to do:

1) Show a short intro video, which ends by showing two (or more) buttons.

2) Clicking one of the two buttons starts another video playing, a different one depending on which button is clicked.

3) In that first intro video's end screen, no videos will play automatically, one of the buttons must be clicked first.

4) At various points buttons that direct to another page url with html info will be needed.

5) As an aside... is is possible to stream my source videos from Vimeo, or will H5P use the link to fetch the video so it can be streamed from the H5P servers instead?
