Screen reader accessibility for activities that use more than one language with H5P plugin

Many H5P activities in language learning books or courses use more than one language in a single activity. Is there a way to wrap langauge tags around specific content, so screen readers know what language to use?
On H5P.com there is a setting that allows creators to switch languages in rich text editor fields. Does something like this exist for the H5P plugin as well?
For content that is not in rich text editor fields, is there a way to wrap language tags around it?
