H5P in Moodle - Show correct answer / solution

Hi,

In H5P activity you can set if student can see solution to the question or not. That is fine but including this at least in "Fill the blanks" content in Moodle activity settings "Show activity reports" = "Yes" when teacher wants to allow student see who they have replied to their attempts they can see also correct answer / answers.
Tooltip says: "Allow styudents to view their own activity reports via their profile page"

1) The tooltip text is incorrect. Their report is shown in the H5P activity view "Attempts report" not in profile page. 
2) The tooltip doesn't tell the teacher that students can see their correct andwers even teacher has denied it from the activity

Our Moodle version 4.5.6 (today will be updated to 4.5.7)
Our H5P version: 2024100700 (7.10.2024 ? can this be correct?)
Library: Fill in the Blanks (1.14.13) and Fill in the Blanks (1.14.12) in use

Does that "Fill in the Blanks (1.14.12)" cause possible error on this attempts report view? Possibly not.
