Will Capira offer a draw quiz similar to Capira? 

There's an example here when you click on Socratic Elements -> Draw Quiz: http://capira-solutions.com/features 

That would be great for the blended learning degree program we're developing at the Berlin School of Economics and Law!

There are no plans for this as far as I know.

Thank you! Is there any way to suggest it as a feature and that other people can vote it up if they'd like it, too?

Currently, there's no voting system but we do take note of all feature requests. If there's a feature requested by many different people or a feature that someone is willing to fund, those features get prioritized.

Of course, H5P is open so anyone can make whatever they want as long as their willing to invest their time and knowledge into it.
