Fill in the blanks - instant feedback

Hello!

On fill in the blanks tasks, it is possible to automatically show answers as correct, but only when they have been 'submitted' by pressing enter or tabbing to the next gap.

I'm wondering if it would be feasible to allow instant feedback on fill in the gaps activities, whereby as soon as a user inputs the correct answer, it is automatically shown as correct (without the need to press enter or tab), and the cursor jumps to the next gap.

The reason for this is that I'd like to use this exercise for intensive transcription style listening exercises for English language students. Mistakes will be common (and I'd like to encourage experimentaton), so I'd like to remove the need to check every time (i.e. the students will know that they have not got it right until it is shown automatically and, ideally, they are moved to the next gap).

I hope this makes sense! Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hi chrisb201,

Thanks a lot for contributing your ideas on how to make H5P better! We’re now working on something called the H5P supporter program allowing the H5P community to vote for and fund the top voted H5P features. Also there are developers in the community who every now and then works on a feature they find interesting or useful.
