Using the image sequencing to build the OSI model.

Is there an option to change the orientation of the blocks/images to vertical as opposed to horizontal?

I'm afraid this is not possible not unless you make changes to the code. You can also send a feature request to the developer of the content. you can get in touch with him in the github repository of the content.
