Please review updated German localization of h5p-php-editor and Moodle module 'hvp'

Hi,

I've submitted a pull request on GitHub for the German localization file of  h5p-php-editor (mostly for the new copy & paste feature) and one on Moodle AMOS. Could someone from the core team please review the changes? (The Moodle AMOS contribution was assigned to Ralf Krause, not sure if he's in the team...)
