Customize IV submit screen

I am trying to understand how to customize summary screen in a way that the results are collected as well as user information and is sent by email to defined admin address.

I am embedding H5P IV content (which is on Wordpress) on a Joomla website.

Any suggestions, or should I post this in the Feature request forum? Thank you.

Sorry my coding knowledge is novice at best but I will move this post to the feature request forum. I would suggest that you place more details on how you envision the changes the in the Summary Screen.
