interactive videos issues on apple devices

Hello,

I created an interactive video and embedded it to my website as an iframe. It works great on android and pc however I have several problems while running the interactive video on iphone and ipad:

1. After answering a question during the video and pressing "continue" button, the video gets stuck and dosen't move forward. The question disappears for a moment and then appears again (I set in the h5p editor the question only for specific second).

2. The fullscreen button doesn't appears.

Is there any settings that I need t set or any code that I can use to fix those problems? It is really important for my project.

Hi EsterK,

1. Would you mind sharing a URL with a test content I can't seem to replicate the issue.

2. This is a known issue and I filed a bug report for this.

Thank you for answering. I checked my interactive video here on h5p platform and even now when I try to continue after answering a question on my ipad it stucks. Here is a link to my interactive video on h5p platform. Is there any solution?

I solved the second problem by replacing the feedback that I wrote in the "adaptivity" section to writing it in "overall feedback".

This looks like either it is isolated in your device or a specific iOS and browser version. I just checked your content and everything works fine. Would you mind providing the following:

1. iOS version

2. Browser and Version
