H5P Con 2017 Terms and Conditions
Subscriptions are considered as binding and the contract becomes effective upon dispatch of our confirmation and invoice. The contract is valid under Norwegian law. The conference venue is Tromsø, Norway. Cancellations need to be made in writing and cancellation fees are charged as follows:
- 8 weeks prior to the conference: 50% of the participation fee
- 5 weeks prior to the conference: 75% of the participation fee
- 4 weeks prior to the conference: 100% of the participation fee
Please note, that there is no refund for non-attendance and that even in such a case the contract is still valid. It is, however, possible to send a replacement without any extra cost. In this case, it is important to write to the H5P Core Team to inform them of the replacement; furthermore, the replacement cannot already be registered. Cancellations up to eight weeks prior to the conference involve a handling charge of €50,-
The conference is organized by the Norwegian company Joubel AS who reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without further explanation, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual to the said conference. When registering for any of Joubel's conferences, applicants waive the right to appeal against any decision made by Joubel to refuse or limit access to the conference.
Joubel’s receipt of an application and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Applications and payments that are not accepted will be returned.
Joubel reserves the right to change any of its Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
