maybe someone can advise how to specify the default content language or even limit the languages list?

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a way to translate language labels such as 'Rights of use', 'Title', 'License', 'Author', 'Source', etc..
Is this already possible and if so what is the best way to do it ?
I use the extension h5p for the CMS TYPO3 and the h5-core library in version 1.24.3..
