Has anyone tried embedding H5P content in a Udemy course?

I don't currently have a course on their platform so can't test this out, but I'd be very interested to know if anyone else has done this.

When I upload an h5p file to wordpress it fails because the file is larger than 2m. My wordpress is set to 128m. Is there another setting that h5p  is looking at and using 2m as max upload size?

In a humble endeavour to better understand h5p and access editor mode, I'd like to install drupal. The h5p developer instruction page suggests Drupal 7 but on the Drupal site, I see that there's been a big change b/w D7 and D8. 

Which one should I install to learn about h5p and access the editor?
