Can we track video in H5P  like how much % of video  user has seen ,where it is paused, how much percentage remaining,Completed or not?

this might seem a silly thing (hope it's not), but before posting on variuos subjects I'd be likely to search if the topic has already been discussed from any other in the community.

I created my site in Drupal Gardens and then that closed. Aquia recommended a move to Bluehost - which I did. I can still work on my site as I did in Drupal Gardens. In Bluehost I see no app for H5P. I would like to add online learning to my website - will this be possible with H5P - or can someone recommend a better way to go.
