I want to add a toolbar that performs as an accessiblity toolbar. This toolbar also acts as a Text to Speech function with multi-lingual translation in other languages.
Now don't worry - The toolbar technology is already produced and I've been using it for many years.
I am simply trying to get it to work with H5P when using 'embed' as 'iframe'.

Hi, This is more of an answer in case somebody is having the the same issues I had.
If you are using Drupal 7 to manage your H5P content and then using the iFrames created by H5P in other sites, it's probable that in your next update of the D7 core they will stop working.

I have installed and been using the H5P Moodle plugin in a test environment, it looks good and thanks for all your hard work.
If we deploy H5P in our live environment we're then somewhat bound to maintain it and ensure it works (for at least the academic year) as such I'm keen to assess how stable it is and what support is available when/if issues do arise?
