Tip function in the Summary is not working correctly

I can’t get Tip function in the Summary to work correctly.

 

Has prepared 14 Statements, each with a Tip.

In the first statement everything is OK, the Tip for Statement 1 is displayed, but from Statement 2 to Statement 14, it is always the Tip from Statement 14 that is shown

Using the correct mp4 but keep getting the "..not supported format"

Hi,

I keep getting the message " the format is not supported" after successful uploading a know small good mp4 test file for "Interactive video".

Also, what size the max. size of a mp4 file allowed and where is the setting.
