Installation and server related problems

Hi

I have a site where H5P has been installed and has run without problems for around 6 months. However, we then started to experiences problems with not being able to backup courses. The only installations to the system was the addition of the checklist plugin which on other sites has not resulted in problems with H5P. It took a while to workout that H5P was the culprit. If I delete all H5P activities from a course it then backsup without problems.

I have recently been attempting to embed H5P content which I made on H5p.com and downloaded. There are no issues when uploading and inserting the content, however the display seems to be wrong, and I'm not sure how to fix this (see attached pic). The video doesn't display at full size, and is squished. I am attempting to embed on a lesson content page.

Would be grateful if anyone could help !

I've installed, with success I think the H5P plugin on my site "aksara-batak.com"

But I am not able to view the content in made in admin panel

when I check the console I see the following errors

"unable to find constructor for: H5P.MarkTheWords 1.9"

"uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'on' of undefined h5p"

this is not happening on all but on some link on Mark the words, Drag the words

The H5P plugin is 1.15.0 

If anyone could help me, it would be great. This plugin seems amazing !
