I've created an interactive video(POMPEII, httpsh5p.orgnode761160 ) but I can't download it to my desktop.Why? Can this be fixed?

Hi,

I'm trying to install h5p plugin into wordpress.

I follow instructions and activate my H5P plugin, but when I try to install content types, the hub dont pop. So I can't install any content types.

PHP 7.4

Wordpress 5.3.2
