Due to server setting, I am having issues upgrading and downloading and  H5p plugin contents.

I asked the server company, they said wordPress.org is blocking IP address coming from China due to over request issues. I also know its my server and php execution time issues, but I don't have any luck changing it. cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30000 milliseconds 

Is there a way for me to manually FTP the files to the web directory?

I intend to run a separate virtual server and wordpress installation to provide h5p to my other sites.

Can you recommend a cache that works well with h5p interactive videos?

I have immediate access to Varnish and Breeze on Cloudways but am considering a different set up that allows for Litespeed, any comments welcome. 

Incidentally, I am aware of h5p.com and have requested an updated quote from them.

Hi, I'm a student at a University in Vancouver Canada and I was tasked to create some interactive art for an assignment. Unfortunately, I created it on H5P.com which has a limited trial when I should have made it on H5P.org. Now my account on H5P.com is locked and I can't access my interactive art that I created. Can anyone advise me how I can get my content back and transferred to H5P.org? Thanks!
