Installation and server related problems

When I go to the h5p activity in the moodle app on android, first I get a white screen and then when I re-enter this activity I get a notification
"You do not have access to this content. Try logging in."

How can I fix this? Or is h5p basically not capable of working with an android app?

Moodle 3.11.18 
H5P mod_hvp 1.27.0 2024091200
PHP 7.4
"mod_hvp | embed"  is on

The user is enrolled in this course and can go to the activity in the browser and sees it.

Hi All,

I am having issue registering H5P hub withe the error message "Site UUID is not unique. This must be fixed by an admin by restoring the hub secret or remove the site uuid and register as a new account with the content hub.".  We are running h5p v1.51 on Drupal 7.  I've tried to set a new UUID through settings.php ($config['system.site']['uuid']) but it doesn't seem to work.  Any idea how I can fix this?
