Installation and server related problems

Hi everyone, I have installed H5P into Wordpress and created some content. Some content was imported from a different site, and some was created on this site itself. It all displays as expected on the front end. However, in the admin section I have a message that says "No H5P content available. You must upload or create new content."

Any ideas how to resolve this so I can see my content? I'm not sure where to begin.

When downloading a file from www.h5p.org and trying to upload it to wordpress, the following error message appears. The same error message will appear when you use the example course presentation found on this www.h5p.org site. For example, when you try to upload files that were downloaded in March (and stored on your computer), you will not receive this error message. If you download the same file now and try to add it to Wordpress, this error message will appear.

would it be possible to install H5p question creation tool without iframe? I installed it on a wordpress and all it does is loads the software on an iframe from h5p. 
Is there a way to have the whole code on interactive question creation installed manually into our web site?
