Installation and server related problems

Hi

I have recently created interactive videos using the H5P plugin within Moodle. However, students and staff who are using an IOS device (macbook or iPad) are unable to view the content as once opened it says 'Video format not supported'. Do you know why H5P is not compatible with IOS and is there a fix for this? This is a big issue as a lot of our students and staff use Macbooks here and they need to be able to see the content.

Can anyone tell me if theres an issue with H5p and Cornerstone editor?

Today Ive downloaded the H5P plugin on my Wordpress site. Installation seemed to go no problem. Followed instructions through the process of adding my interactive content through the plugin. All working fine. Took the embed code to the page I want to place it on. Im using cornerstone editor. But none of the elements seem to accept the embed code through Cornerstone. I just get a thin line where the interactive content should be.

I am using WordPress 5.2.3  version and when I tried to load H5p add on to my website there is a problem saying "files cannot be copied upload failed  h5p/h5p-editor-php-library/libs/fabric.js"

Is there a solution for this?
