Installation and server related problems

The desktop of my site is broken after H5P update.

Enywhere in the desktop I only see this message:

The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Update: I entred recovery mode and got this message:

 This plugin failed to load properly and is paused during recovery mode.

In Drupal 8 H5P, I need to add a external javascript file to embed.php (vendor\h5p\h5p-core\embed.php)

What would be the best way to achieve this so that after updating the module I would not have to do It again. 

Is it possible to override embed.php in theme? 

(the js is iframe reziser)

D2L informed us that the IMS group has published a vulnerability in LTI versions 1.0 and 1.1. D2L will be making an update so that integrations to support LTI 1.1.2, which remediates the vulnerability. I'm checking to see if H5P will support LTI 1.1.2 or 1.3 and what the timeline would be. This affects all LMSes that use LTI 1.0/1.1.
