Installation and server related problems

Hello!

I'm having problems uplading h5p files to our Moodle. There is an interactive video that i downloaded from the h5p webpage and i can upload it without a problem. But then, there is an Image Sequencing file that for some reason just does not want to upload. I tried it in my Moodle and our schools' one. I tired some tips from previous similar problems like deleting .vtt files (after opening it in zip under image folder and so on), but likewise it does not work.  Is there a way to correct this? The message i get is as follows in Message 1:

I wanted to test new libraries from github on my development site. Before, I was under the impression that we needed to unzip a file under mysite/dev/moodle/mod/hvp/libraries from the cpanel filedirectory,  but I can't get or find the activity when prompted to select my h5p activity. 

Using Moodle 3.3.2+ on Chrome, today's h5p build.

When I create content via the moodle h5p and not this website I get no content displaying. I can run the same activity embedded from the h5p website and it is ok.

Why might this be? I need to direct the tech guys towards solving it as I have zero experience or know how
