Installation and server related problems

 We are having trouble getting the H5P Wordpress plugin to work well in combination with Amazon S3.  The developers are runnng into a range of issues and trying to come up with solutions. 

Has anyone had experience with this structure? If so we're actually looking for someone to advise us and take a look at the problem we have in place. Alternatively any suggestions would be much appreciated.

i'd like to add interactive video content in my 3.3 moodle course (installing the h5p plugin went well).

When I would like to upload the video from my computer, I get the error "contentID is missing".

Anyone who could help me solving this problem?

I use Pantheon to host my Drupal 7.56 site and I've tried using h5p to create a presentation, but when I tried adding a content and press install for CoursePresentation, I got an error Course Presentation could not be installed. Contact your administrator and 2 errors in console Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 () in H5P.CoursePresentation and Installation error SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 7 in h5p-hub-client.js?oyt6ov:8.
